This international conference will be held at ICISE hosted by the Rencontres du Vietnam.

The conference will consist of plenary sessions for in depth oral presentations (review talks and specialized talks on specific topics) and posters. The contributions are either solicited or selected among submitted abstracts. The program will be available after the deadline of abstracts submission (March 3rd, 2016).

The Daniel Chalonge Medal 2015 is awarded to Hector J. de Vega :
Science with great intellectual endeavour and a human face. Eleven Chalonge medals of which four Nobel prize of physics in the discipline of astrophysics-cosmology awarded in the 24 years school history .
