1. Feedback on the ESA Astronomy Archives
The ESA Astronomy Archives User Group (AAUG) represents ESA’s astronomical community at large and acts as an advisory body to the ESA Astronomy Working Group on matters related to the Astronomy Archives at ESA. These archives can be accessed at :
https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/esdc,
and include data from JWST, Gaia, HST, XMM-Newton, Herschel, Planck, Lisa pathfinder, Cheops, ISO, Exosat and the all encompassing EsaSky. The AAUG welcomes your feedback on your experience with the archives, and would like to hear your recommendations for improving the archives, suggestions for new data to include, as well as feedback on the Archival Research Visitor Programme
https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/esdc/visitor-programme.
Please provide any feedback you may have, to the French representatives Natalie Webb (Natalie.Webb@irap.omp.eu) and/or Hervé Bouy (herve.bouy@u-bordeaux.fr) or through the AAUG email address : aaug@sciops.esa.int before Friday 29th July 2022. Your suggestions will help make the data you are interested in more accessible - thank you ! Transmis par Natalie Webb
2. 11th IRAM millimeter interferometry school
The 11th IRAM millimeter interferometry school will be held November 21-25, 2022 at the IRAM headquarters (Grenoble, France). It is intended for students, post-docs and scientists who want to acquire a good knowledge of interferometry and data reduction techniques at millimeter wavelengths, with a special emphasis on the NOEMA interferometer and its new capabilities.
In addition to presentation of the basics of millimeter interferometry observations, data calibration and imaging, the program will also include practical tutorials on interferometric data reduction and imaging techniques.

4. NenuFAR Open Time Cycle #1 : call for proposals
Located on the site of the Nançay Radio Observatory in France, NenuFAR is a very large low-frequency radio telescope, which is among the most powerful in the world in its frequency range between 10 MHz and 85 MHz. This range corresponds to the lowest spectral “window” in which we can observe with radio telescopes from the surface of the Earth.
We invite the worldwide community to apply for observing with NenuFAR during Cycle #1
Cycle #1 : 1st December 2022 to 31 May 2023
Submission deadline : Friday, September 9, 12 UT
Proposal documents are available here :
https://nenufar.obs-nancay.fr/en/astronomer/ .
